C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed by the page presentation cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text).
C.9.1.4.1 – In some cases, color alone has been used to identify a purpose or distinguish information or functions.
C.9.1.4.3 – The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum required contrast ratio, except for exemptions specified by regulations (e.g., logos).
C.9.1.4.4 – Some text, excluding captions and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200% without assistive technologies and without loss of content or functionality.
C.9.1.4.5 – In some cases, images of text have been used instead of plain text, and they are neither customizable nor essential to the type of information conveyed.

The evaluation was conducted by third parties through objective and subjective analyses (as per Article 3, paragraph 1, of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523).
The statement was last reviewed on 24/01/2025, following the recommendation to periodically review (at least annually) the accuracy of the claims contained in this accessibility statement.
