Declaration
Manifattura Valcismon S.p.A. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004. This accessibility statement applies to: sportful.com
Compliance Status:
Partially compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the non-conformities listed below
Non-accessible Content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons, in violation of Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:
- C.9.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented to users does not have an equivalent text alternative that serves the same purpose.
- C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed by the page presentation cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text).
- C.9.1.4.1 – In some cases, color alone has been used to identify a purpose or distinguish information or functions.
- C.9.1.4.3 – The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum required contrast ratio, except for exemptions specified by regulations (e.g., logos).
- C.9.1.4.4 – Some text, excluding captions and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200% without assistive technologies and without loss of content or functionality.
- C.9.1.4.5 – In some cases, images of text have been used instead of plain text, and they are neither customizable nor essential to the type of information conveyed.
- C.9.1.4.10 – Content that does not require a two-dimensional representation (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the displayed size is changed by the user agent.
- C.9.1.4.11 – For some essential components, even in different states, the color contrast against adjacent elements does not exceed a ratio of 3:1.
- C.9.1.4.12 – Modifying text spacing in terms of line height, paragraph spacing, letter spacing, or word spacing causes some loss of information or content.
- C.9.1.4.13 – In some cases, when hovering with a mouse pointer or using keyboard focus makes content appear or disappear, there is no mechanism to dismiss the additional content without moving the mouse pointer or keyboard focus. Additionally, the pointer cannot be moved over the additional content without it disappearing, or the additional content does not remain visible until the hover or focus is removed, the user dismisses it, or the information is no longer valid—except in some specific cases.
- C.9.2.1.1 – Some functionalities are not usable via a keyboard (or an equivalent input interface).
- C.9.2.4.2 – Some web pages do not have titles that describe their topic or purpose.
- C.9.2.4.3 – On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially, and where the navigation sequence affects their meaning and functionality, certain objects that should receive focus do not do so in an order that preserves their meaning and operability.
- C.9.2.4.4 – The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text alone or from the link text together with adjacent content.
- C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify content or functionality.
- C.9.2.4.7 – Some interactive elements do not display a visible focus indicator.
- C.9.3.3.1 – In some cases, when an input error is automatically detected, the erroneous element is not identified, and/or the error is not described through text.
- C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components) do not have correct or properly set names, roles, states, properties, or values, or users and assistive technologies are not notified when these change.
- C.9.4.1.3 – In some cases, status messages are not presented to users in a way that assistive technologies can interpret them without requiring a change in focus.
