期待はずれ

雨の日に備えて購入したのですが非常に残念なクオリティと感じざるを得ません。 なかなか強い雨が降ってる中性能を確かめるためロードバイクに乗ったのですが、立派に雨が貫通してじっとりと濡れておりました。売り文句を何度も読み返しましたが全然雨をシャットアウトしてくれません。走って5~10分も経てば手のひらは濡れております。 雨が降っていないうちの寒さをガードしてくれることに関しては概ね出来ているのではないかと思います。結局雨の日にロードバイクを乗るなというのを思い知らされました。とても残念な感想を綴り大変恐縮ですが騙されたと思っております。
The Fiandre glove is not waterproof since it doesn't have any seam sealed. The whole Fiandre line including jackets aren't rated as waterproof, even if the Polartec fabric resists a 10k mm water column, these products don't have seam sealed. As concerns the glove, also the fabric used for the palm isn't waterproof, for this reason we can define this glove just as water-resistant. For rain conditions in winter time, our suggestion is the Neoprene gloves, which protect noth from water and cold. This glove isn't breathable and for this reason it keeps the heat inside (remember to dry the gloves inside when you take them off).
windproof but not waterproof

These are very comfortable and well fitting gloves. They are surprisingly warm since they are not bulky, and do a great job blocking the wind. However, they are not waterproof at all - 2 hours in light drizzle was more than enough to soak them right through - every section of fleece on the inside was wet (from rain, not sweat). I still wear them due to the comfort but lowered my expectations in wet conditions.
